WHO ARE WE?

HART is a group of congregations, businesses and individuals who care about those in Rancho Cordova who are currently without a home. Together we aim to be a resource for the homeless and ultimately to end homelessness in Rancho Cordova.

We are a 100% non-profit organization which means:

We rely completely on donations to support our work
We have no paid staff
All work is done by volunteers
Donations are tax-deductible

Provision of sleeping bags & cots
Supplies for an intake center
Transportation during shelter season
Insurance
Funding a mentorship program
Volunteer training
Food & clothing vouchers
Bus passes
Future planning for transitional house
